Orders from distributors/dealers may not be placed on this website. Every item carried by Rockettoro is handmade. Please allow for slight variations. All effort is made to ensure that these objects are of the highest quality. It is our desire to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your order. If an item arrives damaged or if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange or to return the item for store credit. Returns/exchanges will only be issued within 2 days of the receiving the order. All shipping fees and duties incurred during the initial purchase and any subsequent exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please use the same packaging that the item arrived in to return it to us. Glass jewelry requires careful handling and safe storage. If cared for properly, such items will last forever. Returns and exchanges will not be granted for items damaged due to mishandling or dropping. We do accept credit payments from VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®. The billing information must match the credit card information exactly, including name on the account, mailing address, etc. Credit card transactions are authorized via PayPal. Rockettoro uses a PayPal shopping cart. PayPal offers a safe transaction and accepts all major credit cards. You don't have to be a member to use PayPal. If you have any hesitations about using this method, visit PayPal.com to learn more or contact us to discuss an alternative payment method. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received. Sales Tax (top) We collect sales tax in Ontario, Canada, and Canadian orders are subject to GST. Tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction, derived from an order's ship-to address. Tax is also applied to the shipping & handling charges associated with the taxable items in your order. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item. Shipping (top) We ship using Fedex and ExpressPost within the United States and Canada at a cost of $7 which will be added as you complete the transaction. Items are safely packed. Please allow 6 -10 business days for your order to arrive.
